NEver seen anything like that! I got a reservation for 2 single and 2 double rooms (with confirmation of Venere.com) and once at the hotel they just informed us no room was available! The tried to offer a room for 6 people! Moreover the hotel was extremely dirty and unconfortable. Never go there! Venere.com must be more careful in the choice of the hotels to propose!

Magnifiquement situ?, cet h?tel a besoin d'une r?novation totale !!! L'accueil est sale et d?suet, les chambres datent des ann?es 50 avec un mobilier ab?m? et totalement d?pass? ! La propret? est assur?e correctement malgr? des serviettes de bains qui n'en peuvent plus d'usure et de mauvaise odeur ! Le prix reste imbattable mais il ne peut augmenter vu la qualit? m?diocre des prestations.

Magnifiquement situé, cet hôtel a besoin d'une rénovation totale !!! L'accueil est sale et désuet, les chambres datent des années 50 avec un mobilier abîmé et totalement dépassé ! La propreté est assurée correctement malgré des serviettes de bains qui n'en peuvent plus d'usure et de mauvaise odeur ! Le prix reste imbattable mais il ne peut augmenter vu la qualité médiocre des prestations.

The hotel was in a good position but the rooms were very shabby and did not merit the price charged for them. The single room had no window and only a small skylight and was very dark and dingy. I would have immediately moved to another hotel if one had been available. To sum up: VERY POOR STANDARD FOR THE COST. (I have stayed in Turin and Italy in general many times and have otherwise had a good correspondence between standard and cost). I do not think VENERE should be recommending this hotel.

The furniture of the room had great character being old, location was central, nice to come out to the piazza und not having trams and cars passing by. The staff was helpful.My room was facing the back and I couldn't leave the window open at night because of the noise of some kind of generator down in the yard, which made the room stuffy
