Nice quiet location, need car to get around. Lovely restaurant near hotel called da Michele. DO NOT EAT THE EVENING HOTEL MEALS,it was microwave rubbish, nearly threw up after tasting the spagbol, also their pizza's aren't much better. Visit a shopping centre called Globo it is great for small children, food & shopping. If you use a Sat Nav it only takes 10mins from Bergamo airport to the Hotel, The hotel itself was lovely, good average breakfast. We had the Suite on the top floor it came with electric cooker, fridge, sink & cultery & and the bathroom had jacuzzi, a little balcony & a little stage type area where you can sit & gaze at the scenery. Through the windows you can see mountains. The bedroom itself was huge! Milan is not far from here & nearby you have Citta Alta (Upper city), which is very picturesque & can drive up the mountains, the rivers & views are breathe taking! A very family friendly hotel & area.

We arrived at Bergamo airport and picked up hire car. Initial directions to hotel were good but once off the autostrada we got completely lost, partly due to roadworks. Probably took us an extra 30 to 40 minutes to find after asking for directions but it is a nice hotel, very good value for an overnight stay before proceeding on rest of holiday. Service is friendly and relaxed and Stezzano a pleasant little suburb of Milan.
