My family and I enrolled in the Spoleto Cooking School [--] and this is the hotel where this organization houses participants. The Dragoni is beautiful and the staff is lovely. The walk to the Cooking School was a nice way to start the day, and we could hear the opera singers warming up at the nearby opera house. A wonderful experience! The breakfast at the Dragoni is noteworthy, as it's more than just the usual continental fare.

Comfortable, charming small hotel. A bit difficult to find by car considering the narrow one-way streets. All was rewarded at the end. Our room was on the top floor and looked out over the unbelieveably beautiful countryside. Limited english speaking reception personnel but helpful nevertheless. Location is central for walking about the town.
