Just spent a week there and have to say the hotel is very good in a great location close to the Arena. Staff were friendly, the rooms were a good size and very clean.
On the down side I would mention the following:
There was not much info available on what was going on in Verona...a few booklets and the guy at the front desk did not seem to know much either about other activities...it took us a couple of days to find out what was going on and as a result we missed out on some activities....then again we should have went straight to the tourist info place rather than depend on the hotel.
Breakfast was basic
I would recommend the hotel though and Verona is a great place to visit
