Hotel Fiorella - Sirmione, Italy 

Stayed there last year during the VinItaly fair (wine fair), was a last minute booking after searching for hours. To my impression it was reasonable good for the price, even though we paid the highest rate (€130 euros a double for halfboard when it could be € 118, check at their website!) and because it was a late booking when everywhere was completed full. It is a 3 star hotel very well cared. The cuisine is not the big deal, I mean, dont expect classy gourmet servings but nicely fresh homemade meals. Completely family run. The rooms are clean, average size (I would say tendentially small if the guests are a bit corpulents…), not spacious, basic continental breakfast. The staff are polite and customer care oriented. The only thing is that is not centrally located in Sirmione, is in Colombare which is an adjacent zone to Sirmione but very easy drive to Sirmione. Also is possible to walk from the hotel to downtown Sirmione and lake Garda, a walk that takes 45 minutes. I would not recommend to people who are travelling with public transportation considering that plenty of hotels of all categories can be found in Sirmione and lake closer areas. But just in case when the whole town is fully booked, this is a very good option where to stay…

Hotel situato in posizione tranquilla, lontano dal traffico ma comodo per visitare Sirmione. Ottima accoglienza.
