Steigenberger Hotel Frankfurt Langen - Langen, Germany 

On a day of freak storms in Germany, I and over 100 other people missed connecting flights in Frankfurt, so Lufthansa sent us to this hotel for the night. The hotel has regular shuttle vans and even hired taxis to transport everyone from the airport for the 20 minute drive to the hotel. Check in was extremely orderly with issuing room keys, reserving seats on shuttles to the airport the following day, scheduling wake up calls, and providing dental care kits...this process was fast and smooth! Despite the mass of unhappy travellers the hotel staff was always the epitome of professionalism and customer service. The entire hotel (restaurant, common areas, and rooms) was meticulously clean. I found the bed very comfortable and loved the LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV in my room. Lufthansa provided a voucher for dinner and breakfast was included with the room as well. The dinner buffet provided a great selection of salad items, appetizers, several main courses, various side dishes and desserts. The beverages included several varieties of beers, sodas, and wines at no additional charge. The meal was expertly prepared and far surpassed my expectations of a buffet dinner. Breakfast, also was great. It provided enough of the "American" breakfast items such as scrambled eggs and bacon while having a the expected German breakfast items. I must say, I do not have any complaints about my stay! I thank the Steigenberger Langen for being a wonderful port in the storm!

Hotel correcto y con buena ubicación para el viajero de negocios. Habitaciones grandes, decoración sobria pero elegante y buen servicio de buffet en el desayuno.
