There are no fans or air conditioning. But it is very easy to find from termini station. Also, its is a safe place to stay if you are travelling alone, and centrally located. Services could be better and is a little expensive for the price. There is no reception in the hotel, it is shared with the recepetion fo dina hotel, since they are owned by the same owner. No room service is available.

It was said, that the room is with toilette and shower, but I wouldn't say so. It was terrible.

A basic, simple hotel, good for a short stay on your way from or to Rome. Very noisy area, trams passing outside your window. Just a few minutes walk from the Termini railway-station, easy to find.

It is centrally located and safe for individual travellers. Reception is shared with Hotel Dina. It is little expensive for the price quoted. No internet facility and no breakfast. Recommended for young couples and single travellers

Pros: - Very close to Termini station - Rooms are quite clean Cons: - Breakfast and air condition are extra. You have to pay 13€ for breakfast and 12€ for air condition, so if you pay 25€ extra, you can stay in a better hotel. The reason we stayed in this hotel was its price and if you add 25€ extra, it was absolutely a wrong choice. - Rooms are very noisy because of cars and construction around. Is it not possible to sleep with open windows. So, only alternate is paying for air condition. - Rooms are very small - Room we stayed was very dark, there was only a little window. - Hotel elevator is a pain.
