The complex offers 2 outdoor swimming pools and special access to a naturist beach (200 metres), daily entertainment programme and nightly entertainment programme and mini-club ‘delfin’ for kids.

The hotel has its own outdoor themed swimming pool with water slides, children’s pool and whirlpool (over 16s only). This outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive terrace and sunbathing area with a snack bar (open during peak season). There is also the El Palmer swimming pool with water slides. Guests can take advantage of the hotel’s impressive pool and poolside facilities with free pool towels and free sun loungers.

There is a large games area with giant chess, mini golf and many other games and activities. The hotel also boasts an extensive programme of daytime and evening entertainment for children and adults, with something for all ages.

Club Delfin is a daily activity and entertainment programme for children aged between 4 and 12 years, and there is a separate Teen Club for children aged 12-18. These clubs operate at weekends and throughout the summer, from 1 June to 30 September. Club Delfin is not a day-care centre.

A babysitting service is available on request at an additional cost. It is also possible to hire children’s buggies from the reception desk.

The hotel’s car park is available for guests’ use at an additional cost and there are a limited number of car parking spaces available.

There are several excellent golf courses in the area surrounding the hotel, including Golf La Envia, Golf Playaserena and Golf Almerimar.

Just 4 km from Aguadulce village and marina where water sports are on offer during the day and a vibrant nightlife come the evening.

Roquetas Port (9km): a traditional fishing port great for sampling typical dishes as well as visiting the ruins of the "Castle of Santa Ana" and the "Former Faro". Nowadays they are used as exhibition halls. In the amphitheatre of the restored complex, often there are concerts, films and theatre ... for the general public.

The hotel’s own on-site buffet restaurant, La Parra, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hotel guests can choose Breakfast Only, Half Board, Full Board and All-Inclusive packages at an additional cost, payable on arrival, directly to the hotel.

The restaurant offers a buffet breakfast every day, with a wide selection of fresh produce, and featuring show cooking. The lunch and dinner buffets consist of a variety of hot and cold dishes, including salads, appetisers, vegetables, meat and fish dishes.

The restaurant has a baby corner with complimentary facilities available for parents’ use. The baby corner has a microwave and a refrigerator for baby food.

The hotel also caters for Coeliacs, with a wide range of gluten and wheat-free products in association with COELIAC and FACE (the Spanish Federation of Associated Coeliacs). If you have special dietary needs and requirements, please contact the hotel prior to your arrival.

The opening hours of the restaurant do vary according to the season. Staff at reception can inform you of the current times that meals are available. Gentlemen must wear long trousers in the restaurant.

The hotel also boasts the Las Palmeras saloon bar, the snack bar in the swimming pool area and the El Palmer Beach Club, which is located near the outdoor swimming pool and is only open during peak season.

The All-Inclusive option includes full board with soft drinks, beer and wine included. From 08:00 to 00:00, most of the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on the menus of the various bars are included (subject to the individual closing times of each bar). In high season, between 11:00 and 14:00, free tapas is on offer either in the main bar or in the pool bar. In low season, between 15:30 and 17:30, complimentary coffee and cookies are available in the bar.

The All-Inclusive package does not include some types of drinks and some vintage wines on offer in the hotel.
