This hotel had pluses and minuses. On the plus side the price was right and the room were comfortable, American Standard, On tthe minus side it was very far from the historic center. The shuttle service was not working and we ended paying more for taxi that we planned on. To their credit they pick up the tap for the taxi to the metro. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was very good. All in all, next time, I will go somewhere else because of the distance to the historic center.

Myself and my two best friends stayed here for a week, and we probably experienced everything you could here...one of us managed to trip the circuit for our room and there was a bit of a language barrier communicating this, but it was resolved quickly, there was a bit of problem with toilet paper in the middle, but it too was straightened out. The shower drained very slowly, but it never flooded, just made you think it would. Our first night out, we did get stuck...having never been to Rome and not knowing the way around or the public transportation hours was the main cause...our taxi rade from Termini to he hotel though was only 18 euro, not bad for three people. Shuttle from the hotel to the airport was cheap as well, only 15 euro each...you do get the feeling of being cut off from everything, though. And we always had to be on our toes to make sure we didn't get stuck in the city past the time for the last shuttle from the subway to the hotel (last one picks up at the subway at 10pm). It was nice having the supermarket next door, but our room did not have a microwave or fridge, so you could only get non-perishables, but the vending machine in the lobby was well stocked and good for grabbing a sandwich or some candy for the midnight munchies. Staff was very pleasant and most spoke enough English to communicate, which is more than I expected. They took care of booking our Naples/Pompeii tour as well as our return shuttle to the airport. All in all, while I''d have liked something closer to the city center, this was a great deal booked through online travel website, and I'd stay again.

Didn't like it

I didn't like this hotel because it was to far from the city center (about 45 min driving) they say they have "free parking" but if you want covered parking it is going to cost you 7.00 Euros per night, the breakfast was poor and the cleaniless of the hotel in general, very badly.

I will not stay again, not even if I'm traveling on a budget. I'll bet there is better places.
