Ester - Florence, Italy 

My husband and I stayed in the ensuite room with our own private bath. If you decide to use the shower you will have a lake that fills up the entire bathroom floor. I was unable to sleep the entire night due to the thin walls and being able to hear every conversation that went on in the rooms next to us. This is after the front desk clerk told me that the room was very quite. The room temperature is controlled by the front desk which basically means that we froze all night even though we asked them to turn the heat on twice. The only plus was the location. Not worth the price!

******AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST!********* We stayed (my partner and I) at the Ester hotel for 3 nights. During this time, we had hundreds of BITES on our body. Upon investigation, we saw that the room and the mattresses, and walls were INFESTED with BED BUGS. Upon medical advice, we had to INCINERATE our luggage, which was very EXPENSIVE. Also, bed bugs may carry HEPATITIS C, which is obviously a serious health hazard. Upon complaint, the hotel didn't bother contacting us back. ******AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST!*********
