We were staying here for our silver wedding anniversary and we could not have wished for better with the hotel and location would definatley reccomend this hotel for someone who wants something a little special.. Posted: Jun 13, 2008 - skiathostown - The Trevi Fountain is literally JUST outside the entrance and the Spanish Steps, shopping, and great restaurants are only a 5 min walk away! The hotel room was beautiful AND spacious, exceeding our expectations - but what REALLY made us love this hotel was the fantastic service. All of the staff are friendly, speak English very well, and are eager to make your stay perfect - event recommending restaurants, giving directions, and helping us with our Italian phrases. The rooftop breakfast patio is beautiful - with the best view of the Trevi!. Read review
Posted: Jul 09, 2007 - PNG - Arrived at Ciampioni airport and then got the Ryan air bus (£5 each) to the Termini in Rome. Went straight onto the Metro A line to Barberini which was our closest stop (5 minute quick walk). Huge King Size comfortable beds/large LCD TV/Wi -fi subject to fee. Our room faced the front of the hotel on the first floor , the double glazing kept the majority of noise out, which was a good job considering you are right next to one of the busiest and beautifully classy attractions in Rome. Also heard some early morning stomping from the room above (the lamenated flooring doesn't help), a deep pile carpet on all the floors above would alleviate this, which is the only downside. Breakfast was very good and alot more varied than the usual european style ham, cheese and toast. And the staff very friendly, especially the receptionists.. Read review
