Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sanitäre Einrichtungen sehr sauber und die Matratzen gut - nicht durchgelegen. Lage sehr gut, wie bereits von anderen Gästen beschrieben. Das Hotel Luzzatti ist für eine Städtereise sehr zu empfehlen.

Preis-Leistung ist Klasse. Hotel ist einfach, sehr sauber. Personal ist durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einer der Nachtportiers spricht Deutsch. Beim Frühstück hält sich der Italiener traditionsgemäß zurück. Einfach nach Verlassen des Hotels noch einen Espresso und Panini hinterherschieben. Bei geöffnetem Fenster nimmt man etwas Straßenlärm wahr. So ist das halt im Zentrum einer 3-Mio Stadt. Der Bahnhof ist 10 min Fußweg entfernt, mit normalem Gepäck gut zu erreichen. Zum Kolosseum geht man ca. 15-20min, U-Bahn ist 3min entfernt. Fazit: Wer für einen Städtetrip ein Hotel braucht, in dem man sich vorwiegend nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken aufhält, ist hier bestens bedient. Preis war der Stadt und der Saison entsprechend angemessen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Good location, but the staff was not that friendly or accommodating. The bathroom was not very clean and the room rather shabby. I guess for the price and the location it is worth considering, but we would not stay there again.

Employees were nice except for the last day, check out was at 11, although we though it was at 12, and they threw us out, not nice at all. They phoned us in the room, and literally said "you have to leave the room NOW!" Also, too much noise coming from the street, beeping and traffic. Too close to main street, very busy area. Cant really enjoy the little patio.

It was a very enjoyable stay at the hotel Luzzatti. The employees were very friendly and always very helpful. They suggested us a nice restaurant around the corner, where we went twice because it was so delicious. The room was very spacious and clean. We also enjoyed breakfast with a delicious cappuccino and cornetti. We can only recommend this hotel.
