room is to small, bathroom is without bidet, and shower has got any door. Employees are very boors and are not involved in your matter : they use to reply you ( when they did it) with just a little bit of sufficiency. when i dispacked my luggages at home i claimed to the hotel by phone and letter that i could not find a golden bracelet (i didn't) and no one were willing to help me. i have still waiting for a reply since one week.

bien que le mot palace soit de trop mais l'hotel beneficie d'une tr?s bonne situation; chambres propres bien insonoris?es et climatis?es mais petites pour deux personnes tr?s bon petit d?jeuner en buffet

Impianto di condizionamento malmesso che causa sgocciolamenti in alcune camere tanto da impedirne la possibilit? di utilizzarlo e ci? ha comportato per noi un cambio di stanza per l'ultima notte. Condizioni assai precarie dell'impianto anche nella sala colazioni, dove peraltro aveva seri problemi di funzionamento anche la macchinetta per la somministrazione di bevande calde tipo caff? e cioccolate.
