NON-EU CITIZENS keep out...Posted: Sat, Jan 26 2008Value:
1This review's purpose is not to express my frustration, but to save people like me from sharing my annoying experience.
Sorry to say this, but I think their staff are just awful. They made us cancel our reservation even before we arrived by bluntly refusing to send me a visa support letter after a vague and exhausting correpondence in broken English.
They wasted my time (I sent them 6 e-mails over 2 days to explain my genuine intentions to stay at their hotel and not just use them for just getting a visa) and made me feel utterly humiliated.
I understand they've had bad experiences in the past, but I don't think it gives them the right to suspect everybody (who's not a EU citizen and thus needs a visa support letter) of being a fraud.
Honest, they probably are a nice hotel, friendly to all but the non-EU "savages" who are inferior enough to require a Schengen visa.
