We traveled through Europe for about a month and stayed in a variety of different hotels throughout our visit. This hotel was very nice (a supposed 4 star hotel!) but the customer service was lacking. When we checked in the concierge told us that breakfast was included in our price, and we didnt think it was so we asked him again if he was sure and he said, "In your case it is included". Then after the second morning of eating there we we told by a very nice waitress in the breakfast area that breakfast was not included! We assumed she had made a mistake and went to talk to the people at the front desk and found out indeed that it was not include! We had to talk to multiple different people over 2 days trying to sort this out and everyone was saying the we were probably out of luck. We finally talk to the same guy who checked us and and he basically made us out to be liars about the whole thing and was adamant that he never said that. After a good argument they reluctantly allowed us those mornings to be included. As I said...it is a really nice hotel, but the location is a far walk to stuff really worth seeing (not the biggest deal as a bus stop is close), but the concierge really made it a bad experience. Your choice, chance getting bad customer service and spend a lot of time fighting for what you had be promised or try somewhere else. If you do go, make sure make sure make sure (and get it in writing) that what they tell you when you check in is what they are actually going to give you.

This hotel was the best choice i could have made while staying in Rome. I had transfer from the airport to the hotel and back included in the price for the room and didn't have to pay anything extra which was great cause i don't know Rome that well. The room i had ordered was exactly as they showed it on the website , with a big confortable bed, large tv with cable, minibar, phone, free internet connection and non-stop room-service.The bathroom with tub and shower. The breakfast is also included in the price and it is served in the lovely restaurant downstairs; the waiters very kind by the way, and i can say that about all the hotel's staff. I really felt like home in this wonderful hotel.
