We stayed at this hotel in early June, The location of this place is so central. It is only minutes walk to the Trevi Fountaion, Spanish Steps, and the Coliseum. The metro is at the top of the street.not to mention minutes from fabulous shopping. The room was more than adequate being reasonably spacious by European standards, and also remarkably quiet considering its locale. We have to say that what made this stay so special was the people that work at this hotel. We arrived late in the afternoon ,we were greeted by a young man by the name of Diago who guided us through the map of the area pointing out the highlights and what to be aware of then helped us to our rooms, explaining where breakfast was served etc etc and all spoken in English which can alievate any stress trying to make yourself understood in a foreign speaking country .Reception is manned 24/7 and another delightful young man , Francesco made us so welcome and couldn't be more helpful, taking time from his busy job to explain things to us that we would probably have never known about . I have to say it is the people that make these stays so special and memorable. I would recommend this place anyone

You get what you pay for with this hotel. Great location - very close to the Trevi fountain and a short walk to pantheon where there are lots of restaurants, and a very simple, basic hotel. When we arrived we were told we would have to move rooms after the firt night as they had to put us in a small room for the first night. The first room we stayed in was very small and the bathroom was quite dirty with fungus on the walls. There was a big hole in the wall where the air conditioning unit had been installed! However, the second room we were moved to was much better - bigger and with a cleaner bathroom. The only downside was that rather than provide guests with clean towels and bedding everyday they simply fold up the dirty ones on the floor and put them back on the rails! However, considering the cheap price, it's adequate and the location is great... Would recommend this hotel, but just make sure you're not expecting too much.
