Hotel Tre Stelle - Rome, Italy 

Awful dive!

Hi, I know you are not accountable for the actual hotels, but my family and I are just back from a nice trip to Rome, almost ruined by staying in this hotel. As I check the internet, I find many similar experiences. If you are able to, you should consider removing this hotel from your website. The room was dark, dingy and noisy++. The bathroom flooded, with horrible faeculent material coming up onto the floor. The smell was nearly unbearable. We had to be asked to move rooms. The staff were not as helpful as you would hope, when you have young kids. The breakfast room was miserable in size, and could not cope with numbers. The photos on the website are very misleading. In fact, I see on another website that they use photos from a DIFFERENT hotel in the same building. Awful place overall! Prob one of the worst places I've ever stayed, and I've stayed in rough places! Martin Kelly

I was pleased with Hotel Tre Stelle. The room was small but tidy, there was nothing wrong with the bathroom, everything worked perfectly! Though I found it a little bit hard to find the Hotel because of the small sign.. The breakfast wasn't great but I didn't expect it to be. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you want a low price hotel near Termini, I warmly recommend this hotel!
