Tomaso the receptionist was excellent, but everything else was truly mediocre. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the mattress was uncomfortable, the blanket had a big hole into it, the bar where we were sent for breakfast (with the hotel's coupons) was well located but very dull (we couldn't eat the pastries and did not go there for the second breakfast). Common areas are virtually non-existent and the lighting in the hotel is too white and a bit disturbing. On the plus side, beside the wonderful kindness and helpfulness of the receptionist, there was free wireless internet, and the location, very close to Termini, was convenient. The price of course is not high for Rome.

only stayed one nt., very close to train,offered free breakfast but did not use do to our time constraints, very nice, studio apt., shower in your bedrm., very modern,

My stay in this hotel was brilliant. This hotel has an excellent location to walk to all of the sights, a wonderful view of the Basillica, and is close to train station. Infact, you only have to jump on the underground and stay on until the last stop to get the airport for a tiny price compared with the cost of a taxi. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful- I booked to stay in the double, but due to a booking mix up was put in the suite (with jacuzzi bath!) for not extra cost. Hotel was wonderfully decorated, there was a flat screen tv and laptop with free internet in the room. The price was brilliant- perfect!!

If anyone is planning a trip to Rome then WRH is the place to stay. It is exceptionally well placed and within walking distance of practically anywhere in Rome. Fantastic modern accomodation which we found to be perfect for our Honeymoon. The place was cleaned regularly and the staff we're extremely friendly. I love the fact that you are free to come and go as you please. In short the next time I travel to Rome I won't even bother searching for a different deal. Satisfaction is guaranteed.
