Very nice room with excellent service. But the room was a bit cold and humid.

Our flight was 40 minutes late arriving to Rome. When we arrived to the hotel there were no employees anywhere. A passer-by called the local phone number for us and someone stated they would be there in 20 minutes. Upon arrival, this person started screaming at us because we were not there at the designated time. We explained about the plane being late and he just kept on screaming. At some point my wife asked for clean towels and was told, in a very hostile voice, we are provided clean towels and sheets only on every third day. The night before we left, we met several new guests. They asked use for toilet paper because their facilities had none. Of course, we gave them what we had. Last, but not least, this place is advertised as a Bed and Breakfast. A small, prepackaged piece of bread and instant coffee and tea is not my idea of breakfast. I will not be recommending this facility to any of associates or friends.

We stayed here twice during our Italy trip and loved it. The owners are friendly and do their best to accommodate any special requests. The location couldn't be better! Rooms with a view are well worth it.

A clean, well planned and quiet hotel (with the window closed). On the downside was that there was no ventilation in the room, and it was impossible to sleep with the window open due to the traffic.

this hotel is depressing to me, all grey subdued colors, the terrace is loud and depressing. I stayed in the single room and the bathroom sink was slow/clogged, the shower drain was slow/clogged, the shower head was messed up so it was like you were swimming at the end of your shower water EVERYWHERE like a pool. The best thing about this hotel was the sweetest housekeeping lady. The hotel in general is very noisy bc it's on a very noisy street. I don't think it's worth the money at least for the single room. There are much nicer pension's for half the price. The location is OK, but a bit of a hike to the center of town. The location wasn't necessarily the problem the problem that I had was really the relationshiop between price/quality of the room.
