2.6Our flight was 40 minutes late arriving to Rome. When we arrived to the hotel there were no employees anywhere. A passer-by called the local phone number for us and someone stated they would be there in 20 minutes. Upon arrival, this person started screaming at us because we were not there at the designated time. We explained about the plane being late and he just kept on screaming. At some point my wife asked for clean towels and was told, in a very hostile voice, we are provided clean towels and sheets only on every third day. The night before we left, we met several new guests. They asked use for toilet paper because their facilities had none. Of course, we gave them what we had. Last, but not least, this place is advertised as a Bed and Breakfast. A small, prepackaged piece of bread and instant coffee and tea is not my idea of breakfast. I will not be recommending this facility to any of associates or friends.
