Stayed at the Diana in November. Great location. Very nice, but small, room, but we weren't there much anyway. Inexpensive Internet cafe less than a block away - the Diana has i-net available in the lobby but it was down the week we were there. GREAT breakfast (included) every morning. Staff was great. Very clean hotel. we had a front-facing room with a patio, overlooking busy street below. But 6 floors up so noise wasn't a problem.

Breakfast is good, I like the food. The staff's at the reception area are okey but need to put a smile on their face-very serious.

Poor drainage in the bathrooms, some of our group had shower recesses overflow.1st floor twin room stuffy, opened window to unmistakable stench of sewerage, which increased in intensity as more rain fell. Breakfast excellent, location excellent.

We were there November 2007. This is a quaint hotel, but with excellent amenities. Very clean. Breakfast buffet is varied and was included in our price. Great location, within 20 minutes walking distance of Roman Forum. Close to metro and train station Termini. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great budget hotel. Room was comfy and bathroom was very clean. I would go back here. Very safe.

Great Stay, Great Hotel

As one of six adults staying in this hotel, I was very satisfied. I found the location ideal for getting to and from the airport, and a convenient walk to major sites.

The hotel did shut off the AC during the day, but not for long, and we did not have any problems with the temperature, even on the hottest days. When we were in our room, I never had a problem (on and off from 3pm to 10am).

Other than one incident with one person at the desk, the staff was helpful and all other interactions with the staff were pleasant.

The breakfast was more than I expected. They had scrambled eggs and bacon, as well as hardboiled eggs, canned peaces, ham, cheese, breads, croissants and cereal.

The bathrooms in both rooms were more than adequate (not closet-like at all). One room was on the small side, but it was for two people and we had three people staying there.

Overall, I was very pleased and would stay there again.
