If I think about this place my blood starts boiling. This place is worse than you can immage. The building looks like an homeless house. Our room was smelly, cramped, and infested. It is true this place hasn't any fire prevention system and can be very dangerous. The breakfast room was very hot with no ventilation and the food provived was very poor and bad quality. The service is horrendus. I wish just to see the face of the manager or the owner and ask him how they can manage a barrack like this.

Nos alojamos en el Regency recientemente y sin duda no es un 4 estrellas, es más como un 2 estrellas como mucho. Las habitaciones no tenían nada que ver con las fotos, yo creo que las fotos eran de un hotel diferente. Las habitaciones eran oscuras y sombrías y en general deprimentes. El llamado desayuno en las entrañas del hotel no era más que pan con embutidos, lo que está bien si estás pensando en comerte un sandwich a las 7 de la mañana. El personal no tenía ningún interés en los huéspedes por lo que vimos, nunca sonríen y son nada amables, hasta el punto de que le pedí a la persona del mostrador que nos llamara a un taxi y me dijo que lo hiciera yo mismo. Eso estaría bien si yo hablara ITALIANO. En cualquier caso, alójate en otro sitio.

We stayed at the regency recently and its definately no 4 stars more like 2 at best.We found the rooms looked nothing like the pictures I think those were taken at a diferent hotel.They were dark and gloomy and for the most part depressing.The so called breakfast in the bowels of the place was nothing more than buns and meat which is ok if youre looking to eat a sandwich at 7 in the morning.The staff was disinterested in their guests from what I saw never smiling and not friendly at one point I asked the desk attendant to call us a cab and she told me I had to do it myself.That would be alright if I spoke ITALIAN anyways stay somewhere else.
