Family House - Rome, Italy

there was no water for several hours, water didnt flew away in shower,location was really bad.

Family House was fine inside. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the price was just right for the one night that we planned to return to Rome before returning to the US. The neighborhood was icky, however. Even though we felt safe inside (you must be buzzed in by the 24/7 desk clerk), we really didn't want to stay out after dark. I think a previous client said it well when he/she indicated that one wouldn't want to spend the entire time here, but for a short stay it was fine.

We had a nice stay in Rome. The weather was beautifull. The location of the B&B was OK, we could walk to all the places we wanted to see, we didn't have to go by bus first. The people of the Family House were very friendly. The room looked at bit different than on the photo. But what we didn't like at all was that the room was not clean! Lots of hairs on the ground and on the blanckets - !! Also the showers didn't function well. The bathrooms realy need to be redecorated! And you mustn't think of a fire, because in de room (4 beds) we were in, there was no fire escape! On sunday we couldn't go to the normal bar where the breakfast was because it was closed.

Nice,small family hotel,quiet, good area close to Termini-/3 bus stops/,friendly staff.

The room at Family House was dirty and the public areas too (WC, etc...) I've visited in Rome others better B&B for the same price.
