4.6Staff very friendly, in a relatively good area, rooms spacious by European standards, simple but clean and tasteful. Take note that only some rooms have air-conditioning, and the rooms away from the main street (Cavour) are nicer. Even the rooms off of Cavour are sufficiently quiet with the windows closed, though if you're visiting in mid-summer you might not want the windows closed if your room doesn't have A/C. My only complaint was a lack of hot water at times (I can handle luke-warm showers, but these were sometimes ice cold). Still, a very nice hotel.
