very noisy night-long pedestrian, sometimes rowdy, traffic. you have to keep your window closed & run the A/C unit.

TV is only in italian, no foreign or international channel.

We stayed two nights here - upon arrival we were told that our first night would be spent across the street as "there was a mix up with our reservation". The room we stayed in the first night was marginal - it was much smaller than our second room, especially the bathroom. It was very clean, but was also noisy because it was on the first floor right about the street. When they moved us the second night, or "real" room was wonderful - very spacious and much quieter since it didn't face the street. The breakfast was just okay, but the hotel itself is very nice and quaint. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if they promised I would not be moved across the street!

Wonderful location for visitors who like to be installed in lively surroundings. Excellent personnel: kind, helpful,always willing to satisfy our needs. The rooms could be more up-to-date. A kettle is clearly missing.

The Pantheon Hotel is a little gem! The staff are extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. The rooms are superb and the location is central. Having statyed in Rome previously at a budget hotel which fell short and almost ruined our holidaay, my family have now switched our allegiance to The Pantheon. We have agreed that we will travel to Rome only when The Pantheon has a vacancy.
