Room was clean and comfortable, not fancy, but just as advertised. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a triple room with two girlfriends. It was fine as a place to sleep, shower and change clothes as we were out most of the day. The location near Termini train station is very convenient, although the neighborhood isn't exactly the most charming. However, we didn't feel unsafe walking to/from the train station.

Francisco was very kind and helpful and got me some flowers to put on the bed for my girlfriends arrival. Not the most picturesque area, but very useful for metro links to everywhere and for train station and transfers to the airport. Breakfast is not included. Good TV and satalite facilities.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the cappuccinos in the morning. The location was close to everything and to the train station which made getting around the city and back to the hotel very easy. We loved it!

This B&B served our needs very well with its convenient location and its excellent and friendly staff! Seeing that we were in a group of five, they arranged a shuttle for us to and from the airport, saving us money and hassle over what we would have paid for the train.
