The attention was excellent. Clean rooms. Location was excellent! really near to Termini station. Breakfast was regular (not too many options). The air conditioner was not included in the 3x room (They request 5 extra € per day to use it)

Do not stay here unless you like Youth Hostels

This is a typical bate and switch operation. Once you check into the Hotel Blu, you are informed they have no rooms to accomodate you, but their sister hotels down the street do. Although we never saw the inside of the rooms at Hotel Blu, the outside looked just as scary as the sister Hotels. The maid who checked us in, took us two blocks away to Hotel Rubino. After making our way up the one person elevator, they showed us a room that looked like a youth hostel. The only good thing about this hotel was the close proximity to the train station. For the amount they charge, this is absolutely not the place to stay.

This hotel was 'scary'. Yes, it was located within walking distance of the train, its only good point. To get into the Hotel Blu, you need to pass through something similiar to a garage entrance in NYC. Once in the building, a scary elevator that fits ONE person w/luggage awaits you, otherwise it is FIVE flights up. We were greeted by a maid, who checked us in. If that wasn't enough, we were told that the hotel if affiliated with 5 other hotels and someone would come and get us to take us to 'our' hotel. Two blocks later, in an even worst section, we were taken to Hotel Planet. Believe me when I tell you, I never saw a room that looked like any of the pictures displayed on the website. The room was small and the bathroom horrific. If you like taking a shower with other people's hair all over the floor and leftover soap, then this is the place for you. It would be a pay by the hour motel in the states. Lucky for us we called our online travel website and were able to check out within 2 hours of arrival. We were forced to pay for 1 night (which I am still working on getting a credit for). The key here is, once you check in the rules are you stayed in the hotel. The hotel agreed to move us back to Hotel Blu after we complained, but that was no longer an option. The staff (which was sparse and hard to find) were rude, unhelpful and just plain didn't care. DO NOT STAY IN OR NEAR THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!

Nos quedamos 2 noches en roma, contratamos por www.venere.es una habitacion doble prepagada por $100E, llegamos al sitio a las 8am, y nos dijeron que no tenian habitacion lista, pero que en la tarde la tendrian. El volver a las 5 de la tarde, nos habian buscado otro hotel, que quedaba a unas tres cuadras de ahi. En el hotel de reemplazo, no habia una cama doble sino dos camas diminutas sencillas. En el hotel de reemplazo no habia desayuno a la hora prometida, y quedaba al lado de una discoteca.. Este hotel es lo peor. Nunca se queden aqui, y mucho menos prepagando la habitacion. Hay muchos hoteles en Roma, sigan buscando. Realmente no es necesario que se queden cerca a termini, sino a cualquier estacion de la linea de metro, por que todas llevan a termini.
