We where brought their by a friendly taxi driver who told us not to stay at our original hotel because of the bad area. It is close to everything in the city and the staff is really helpful. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are spacious and immaculate.. Read review

We had booked a deluxe room and were given room 414 which had lovely views over the rooftops - We could see St Peters! The lift is an old fashioned caged one which I found really charming - we had no problems with its operation. The room is the disabled room so had a "wet room" shower so the floor did get a bit wet but they gave us extra towels to put down -this really was no problem at all. Large and very comfortable bed and the room and bedding were spotless - there was an extra bed in the room as I think it is normally a family room - it was handy to put things on!. Read review

If you don't fancy walking the main bus routes have stops within a few metres of the hotel. Hotel check-in took a few minutes and the desk staff were very welcoming. We were on a 3 night trip and the Hiberia provided everything we needed - a quiet comfortable clean room, mini bar fridge (to chill all the water bottles you are going to need) and a room safe. No view from the window but "hello it's Rome! The room air con/heating was fine and the Versace tiled bathroom with shower/bath was very clean. The large double bed was extremely comfortable and there was adequate space to walk round the room, get changed etc etc. Breakfast was served in the building next door and was of a good standard.. The rooms were bright, modern, comfortable and appeared newly renovated, all for only 10 Euros a night more. The front desk staff was very friendly and showed me a room that was available immediately (7am). Everything about this hotel was positive and its central location makes it a highly recommended hotel, including 2 English TV channels. We asked for an inside/back room, and we heard no traffic noice above the usual din of Rome. There is a major bus stop a few hundred feet from the hotel so all transportation is also avail.. A wonderful, reasonably priced, hotel with very helpful staff. Looking at the floor plan in the corridor, I had one of the smaller rooms - but it was big enough, with several large mirrors helping making it feel bigger. Everything worked (not always a given), and it's close to a main road with bus connections every 2mins or so.. Read review

From the hotel's location you can walk to the historical centre, having all the monuments and points of interest at walking distance.
Travel information
From Termini Station: The hotel is about 1.5 km (one mile) from Termini Station.
By taxi: Leave the station from the front exit and go to the Official Taxi Rank. Official taxis have a light on top and code numbers on the side door. Do not go with anyone that comes up to you in or around the station area that offers to help you with your luggage telling you to follow them to a taxi - it may be costly!
By bus: In the area in front of the station there is a bus park. You can get the number 64, 40 express or 170 and get off at the stop in Via Nazionale for the Quirinale. The hotel is located just around the corner in Via Ventiquattro Maggio at N° 8. Bus tickets must be purchased beforehand, either from a machine near the buses or any newsagents or cigarette shop (Tabacchi). You should validate your ticket in the little yellow machine on the bus.
By Foot: Go out the front entrance and across the bus park and opposite you will find a tree lined street called Viale V. Einaudi, which brings you to Piazza Della Repubblica. From there, take the main street on your left (Via Nazionale) and walk to the end of it. You will see a little roundabout with palm trees, turn on the left-hand side into Via Ventiquattro Maggio, the hotel is at number 8.
Rooms
The hotel has 42 Single, Double, Triple and Quadruple, Standard and Deluxe Rooms.
Deluxe Rooms are more spacious, nicely decorated and equipped with a jacuzzi bath or jacuzzi shower.
Some rooms overlook the rooftops of Rome, whilst 2 rooms are specially equipped for the disabled.
Food and Beverage
The air conditioned restaurant serves Italian cuisine and international dishes.

Awesome location and good quality for interesting price. The staff were great and did not have the rooms available for our first night. Breakfast was fine.
Location in Rome excellent for walking tours of ancient sites and good quality. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean and the expanded breakfast was great.
The location was excellent as was the service of a particular receptionist and we had to stay in their sister hotel 'Virgilio' 500 mtrs away. Moreover the staff was great and the room was very clean. The breakfast was fine.
