The staff at this hotel were amazing, everyone at the reception was very helpful and the room was clean and modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The Franklin Hotel has to be one Rome's best kept secrets and the staff was helpful and happy. The room was spotlessly clean, the breakfasts were very good.
