The worst hotel I have ever stayed in

NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL, IF YOU ARE DOING A CRUISE AND THIS IS YOUR HOTEL, GET A NEW HOTEL OR CHANGE TOUR GROUPS. I travel for business all the time and this is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. There were exposed wires, water stains on the carpet, they did not take two empty pizza boxes from our rooms, never replaced our towels. I was with a tour group and we all had the same issues. It was filthy and the staff does not like tourists. <br><br>It appears to be a destination for tour companies that are trying to make a profit on their guests. About two hours before we were to arrive our tour guide from Cruise Line (who was leaving us) gave us a piece of paper that had the address to our hotel. We were told we were staying in the Jolly Midas in Downtown Rome. My wife and I looked at our itinerary and realized they were sending us to a different Jolly Midas. No big deal we thought, until we walked into the hotel. I stay in about 3 to 4 hotels a month...I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN BAR NONE.<br><br>It is cheap, but you have been warned.

Hotel very comfortable, spacious rooms with every comfort, with a balcony view. Located in the Aurelia, convenient for those traveling by car (parking included in the price) is for those who want to use the excellent bus service (I think one of the few hotels in Rome, which offers this service). Continental breakfast is excellent, staff very professional, courteous and helpful. Excellent price. Recommended.

We spent three nights at this hotel over the Christmas holiday. The hotel was in full operation during the holiday. The hotel is located outside of the historical center of Rome,but the shuttle bus the hotel offered was great. The breakfast was very good and offered a nice variety including scrambled eggs. The staff was friendly and helpful. I thought the cost of internet connection was too expensive. 10 euros for an hour.

Great spring break getaway. Shuttle to downtown convenient. Breakfast was delicious. Do not need European converter for outlets. Good value. Will consider for next trip.
