I stayed two nights at this hotel, one before a cruise I was taking out of Rome, and the other when the cruise returned. I was happy to find the room was spacious, very clean, very comfortable, quiet, and a reasonable price. In the morning after my first night, I asked Massimo (one of the 3 brothers who run the hotel) to call a taxi for me. He did, but it never arrived. There is an outdoor market in the street in front of the hotel, and it keeps cars from driving down the street, so I had to go to the end of the block to get a taxi. Massimo helped me and when the taxi he called never arrived, he took me down to the next block, told me to stand in the shade, and went out into the traffic to flag down a taxi for me! He is awesome! My last night at the hotel was great, too. It was oppressively hot in Rome that day, and I'd been sightseeing. I was hot, and worn out. It was fantastic to come home to my comfy room. My room had excellent air conditioning and I was really happy about that! The hotel is mid-block, and there are huge wooden doors. There's a rather small plaque out front with the hotel's name, so it's kind of hard to locate. You press a button, and the door buzzes and automatically opens. Once inside, you're in a kind of entry way that looks out into an atrium. Go to your right, up a couple of stairs, then go to your left, and there you'll find the hotel's front desk. The hotel is very close to Termini train station. When exiting the station, go out the door on the right, then go one block to your right and you'll find the right street. It's 3 blocks up that street. I recommend this hotel 100%

Although the neighborhood around Termini is not the most beautiful in Rome, the Hotel is in an ideal location for easy access to the Metro and is ideal for those who want to see a lot of the city. The room we stayed in was beautiful, with a spacious and well kept appearance and a clean, modern bathroom. Breakfast was very good, with excellent coffee and pastries. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Far and away the nicest hotel of the several I've stayed in in Rome. I would highly recommend it and hope to return soon.
