The hotel is in a great location and extremely close to the Vatican. The people at the front desk are extremely helpful and pleasant. However, my husband and I had horrible back aches from the beds. It felt as though we were sleeping on concrete. The beds are SO hard so if you are not used to that....good luck! It actually made sleeping quite difficult. The breakfast they offer is decent although there is no variety and they serve the exact same thing everyday. Also, the rooms are extremely small and the bathrooms are even smaller. It would be impossible to fit 2 people in the bathrooms at the same time. If you are looking for a large room this is not the place for you. Lastly, on our second day they had to shut off the water and we had no access to a bathroom or shower for 24 hours. They had us use the restauraunt across the streets bathroom! It was ridiculous! The worst part of it was that they gave us NO discount on the room for putting us through that!
