Clean Hotel, but a horrible experience

I guess I&#39;m spoiled. When I stay at a hotel I would expect some degree of service from the the staff there. I found the staff&#39;s assistance to be extremely rude, bordering on offensive. It&#39;s location is remote from the center attractions in Rome. A 45 minute brisk walk to St. Peters.<br>If you expect to find any drink or food outside the normal hours (7:00-9:00am and 7:30-10:00pm ). I would suggest going to the supermarket a few blocks below the hotel. Even room service is restricted to this time. The lunch/bar is totally disfunctional. Yes you will find a seat, but don&#39;t expect to receive any food or drink in less than a half hour. An prepare another half hour to receive your check. If you enjoy being ignored by all the hotel staff then this is the place to go. <br><br>The only good thing to say is that the rooms were clean

I loved it! Beautiful location and knew hotel!Rooms were wonderful. Go to Ostia Antica a Roman port in the Roman Empire&#39;s Reign. Do not go to the Trevi fountain Very Overated!
