We stayed here for three nights and found it to be a clean, comfortable and quiet base to explore Rome. The location of the Hotel Zara is excellent, and within walking distance of all the major sights, but buses are easy to catch from Via Nazionale at the top of the street, or alternatively the Metro station at Piazza Della Repubblica is only a five minute walk away. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The bedrooms, although not huge, were adequate and spotlessly clean. On the whole an excellent base for exploring this fabulous city, and let’s face it – whilst in a city like Rome how much time do you actually want to spend in your hotel bedroom?. Read review
