Santa Ponsa Park - Santa Ponsa, Spain 

My three friends and I (all aged 18) stayed for a week at the holiday park apartments and we all were very satisfied with our accomadation. As we got such a good price for the apartments we were weary to say the least but on arrivial we were pleasantly surprised. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful and we were directed to our apartment 'just up a few stairs'. FIVE flights of stairs later we reached our apartment panting and cursing the hotel for not having a lift. Thankfully relief set in when we saw the apartment which was clean, bright and had a beautiful balcony over looking the pool. We choose to invest in the hotels air conditioning service which came as an extra 5euro per night which amongst four of us was money well spent. We spent our days lounging by the pool which was both attractive and clean or spending time at the beach which was within walking distance to the apartments. We were however slightly disappointed with the poolside bar as we found it over priced and the staff we encountered were unhelpful and incompedent. Fortunantly the holiday park is in a very central location within walking distance to pretty much everything so we didnt have to be restricted to the hotels bar. The location of the holiday park apartments is without a doubt one of its leading attributes. Located near numberous amounts of bars, restaurants, and shops its close to everything and yet thankfully we didn't find it too noisy at night, perhaps this is due to the fact that the apartments dont lie directly facing one of Santa ponsas many nightclubs. Unfortunately we were annoyed by the hotels no outside food by the pool policy, therefore you must buy the food in the hotels shop which we found over priced compared to other spainish prices. Overall my friends and i were very happy with our stay in the holiday park apartments and i would definitely stay there again. We had an amazing holiday and alot of our positive experiences were attributed to the holiday park apartments. The whole atmosphere of the apartments was relaxed and friendly and we have met so many wonderful people at the holiday park. I would definitely recommend these apartments, i had the best holiday, i just wish i could go back!
