The location was excellent very close to the rialto bridge, the hotel was spotlessly clean and one of the staff members at least was polite. Furthermore the bed was hard as a rock - you could have been as comfortable on the floor.

Location was pretty good, we got into a little trouble in Rome and staffs were quite helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned daily, the breakfast was nice.

The location was perfect for me and online the hotel had beautiful pictures of their facilities. Additionally some of the staff were helpful and the room was spacious and warm. Clean and the breakfast was very good.
