4Rooms: 3.8Service: 2.3Value: 3.6Dining: 3.6The bus-stop to airport is just at 50 m and the hotel is in walking distance to many facilities like train station. The breakfast is rather good.
Front desk staff very rude and unhelpful, the #35 room I stayed has stable unpleasant smell.

The staff could be a lot ore welcoming, the in room telephone didn't work.
