A really bad experiencePosted: Mon, Jul 11 2005Location:

1The people who work there treat us bad. The room they gave us had no air conditioner, it was over 90 degrees, they made the charge for the nights we were going to stay in advance, so when we got to our room and noticed that, we wanted to go to another hotel ( they didn't have rooms available with A/C ), which they said we couldn't because they could not give us our money back, or make a refund...so we had to stay that night...next morning, my husband was taking a shower, and the water went off. Had to call to the front desk for help. In that moment we decided to go to another hotel next door, which for the same money, was much nicier, cleaner, the rooms were much bigger and the people who work there really know how to treat the clients.
My mother also had a problem with the water valve...at midnight, there was water all over the room, so she called the front desk, and the person in charge came with a dirty mop and a bucket and left it to her, so she had to clean up everything...at 3 a.m.!!! and she's 73!The excuse they gave was that at night they only have 1 person in charge.
Finally, when we went to the other hotel, my brother in law ( who was staying at an a/c room there)told us that the manager in charge told him he felt sorry for what had happened, that he was going to make a refund for the night we didn't stay, that he wanted to talk to us. So, my husband went to talk to him, and he was the only nice person there, he really understood how we felt.
So, it's up to you...The worst thing is that I read the only review that was posted on this hotel before my trip, and I thought that maybe it was not going to be that bad... well, I was wrong.
