NEGATIVES: far from rome, you are literally in the middle of no where and the hotel is located in the woods ! YOU WILL NEED A CAR to drive over 40 minutes to rome, good luck with buses because i didnt see any, nothing good nearby, except if you are into cheap prostitutes who are servicing the workers in nearby factories, NO RECEPTIONIST AFTER 11PM, THEY JUST SIMPLY CLOSE, i think its only fair to pay 50euros max for such a hotel.
POSITIVES: friendly staff, clean rooms, quite (and creepy) surroundings (you are in the middle of nowhere).
BOTTOMLINE: get a bed-and-breakfast type of room in the middle of room, you will not stay at the room except night time, and believe me at night you will need some sort of food or water, which will not be available in this hotel surrounding. 2.8more on Venere

Restaurant was never open. Quiet rooms unless people directly next to you.
