  • I found the staff to be friendly and kind and helpful. They quickly learned my room number and had my key to hand me before I could tell them. I had a great conversation with one of the staff about my son (who's photo he spotted when he brought me another pillow). I even liked the way that if I left my window open they would come in and close it before it was late to keep the cool air out.. Read review

  • The hotel is a good value considering its location on the Via Veneto. The rooms are clean and comfortable and standard size (ours had a balcony). The included breakfast was standard European, but did offer scrambled eggs.. Read review

  • However the rooms that are pictured on the site must be luxury rooms and not the standard as our room was MUCH smaller than those pictured. On the way to the hotel from the airport our taxi driver told us the hotel was in an exclusive area (he wasn't wrong, there is a lamborghini garage across the street) and the hotel was an excellent choice. However we had to wait two and a half hours before we were given our room key. The only excuse Iwas given was that the maid was making the bed. As we were only in Rome for 48 hours I felt like asking if I couldmake the bed myself so we could start our holiday.. Read review

  • It's right on the Via Veneto and we had one of two rooms that has a balcony looking over the street. The street curves downhill there, and it's fun to watch all of the Italian scooters, midget cars and huge tourist busses come streaking down the street, not to mention all the people congregating and eating at the enclosed sidewalk restaurants. Clearly, people love to eat at the sidewalk cafes on the Via Veneto, and to have a room with a balcony there was just the best. I thought the breakfast was just fine also -- egss, bacon, pastries, cereal, juices -- really almost anything you would want.. Read review
