3I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, and we were having a conference in this hotel as well. Location is fine, but it is somewhat on the side of the downtown. If you are planning a vacation, I would suggest staying somewhere closer to Piazza Navona or Trevi fountain.
Regarding accommodation, I think I had a standard room, which was very nicely furnished, but was very small. There was no designated place for the suitecase, so I had to sqeeze mine on the floor between the bed and the wall. Of course, it was not possible to walk there anymore, so to open the curtaines I had to crawl over the bed. The bathroom was also very small with a shower cabin. I am not very tall, so it was fine for me, but my husband could hardly fit in it.
The staff in this hotel is another issue. There can be a bell-boy, in a while you will meet him as a technitian, and some time later he is a waitor. So, this was quite strange. I think overall, by Italian merits, the staff was ok.
Breakfast was also fine, nothing special. Scrammbled eggs & sausages were the only hot meal.
This was my first trip to Rome, and after work I took a 5-day vacation, and my husband and I rented a cozy apartment around the corner from the Pantheon 3 times cheaper than a standard room in this hotel.
