Quiet residential area, the Gallery of Modern Art then you are in walking distance of both and the hotel's location is particularly nice. The room was very clean the decorations are quite dark and service is very friendly and helpful. On two evenings the water had to be run for over 5 minutes before got warm, a good breakfast is provided free so that is a bonus.
