Some rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floor, without a lift. It has excellent transport links by both metro and bus and is just 1 stop away from the main station, Termini.

The guest rooms are all located separately from the Reception, some are very close and others are around 300 metres away. They are set in different buildings in the Monti neighbourhood; they are at maximum a 5-minute walk from reception. Some rooms are on the 3rd and 4rth floor, without elevator. The café is 1 minute from the Reception, situated in front of the ancient fountain of Madonna dei Monti square, and features a beautiful terrace.
