The room and bathroom were beautiful, the people who worked there were very helpful and nice. Most spoke very good English. However, the Turkish bath was lukewarm, the sauna was tile so it was hot and you couldn't lay down, the food was mediocre and we had lukewarm water in our shower as well. It was a little difficult to find - our GPS took us to the closed end of the street. But the grounds are beautiful and it would be lovely at a different time of the year. It was winter and rainy so we didn't walk around a lot. They have a shuttle to the train to get into Rome but it is only certain times of the day so you really have to be more organized than we were.

Dislikes: Horrible Food and Transportation<br>Likes: Gorgeous and romantic view! The room I got, which was the canopy bed shown on the main website (main picture) was awesome. Beautiful quite castel (with the exceptions of weekend events such as weddings. Can get noisey).<br><br>Overall, the last comments that were made is still on point except for the food. My advise, ask yourself what you are looking for. If you looking for a romantic getway with your husband, or honeymoon, this is definitely it. If not, this place is not for you. Not a family or friends type of vacation hotel spot.

Excellent stay, I recommend this hotel to everyone with a taste for historical surroundings in a luxurious atmosphere - and a car!

we stayed at the hotel to participate in a nearby event. we found out that it would be an ideal place to relax to. garden and pool where great.
