great hotel, located close to lake garda and all activities. good food.clean with friendly staff but not very good english speakers. Only small problems..cleaning staff knocked and woke us up very early to clean the room every morning. Breakfast was before 10am and the fridge was strictly for booze, any other use a fine of ?5 per day was imposed. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money and its facilities.
