As a well placed City centre hotel, the staff is super helpful and friendly.

Made no attempt to offer any breakfast - had to leave for airport, the decoration is admittedly slightly dated and the internet connection is not available for free.

The reception was very helpful in indicating travel arangements to Trapani airport, public transport so the location of the hotel was convenient for us and very experienced staff was warm. Bathroom was big and breakfasts were pleasant.
