I dont understand some of the reviews i have read on here! so i thought i would give my opinion!! me and my friend stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks as soon as we got off our transfer a young man who worked there rushed to help me with my suitcase and took both mine and my friends up to our room! We found that as soon as we got to the airport most of the turkish were very miserable but we just laughed it off! I would agree one of the receptionists was slightly miserable but being faced with two giddy girls i think he lightened up a little! We couldnt work our air conditioning the first night and boiled! so we asked at reception the next day and they sent someone straight up for us. The actual hotel is so clean there are people cleaning everywhere! on the day of our departure our room was such a tip and i was actually dreading having to find everything but when i got up to my room the maid had absolutly blitzed our room it was spotless! same as most days and our sheets got changed very often. My friend is a vegetarian and a very fussy eater so we were abit apprehensive about the food as we chose to go half board but there was such a huge selection and it was all delicious we both had plates full of food and were stuffed every night! I would recommend going half board the hotel at night is gorgeous and the shows are really fun. Eating out would have cost us so much its really not as cheap as you would expect it to be and the drinks are so expensive. There are signs saying that u cant bring drinks etc into your room but there is a massive supermarket called kipa (tesco) next door to the hotel and u can pick up a big bottle of coke for 50p and a bottle of water for 10p..so much cheaper than the mini fridge prices, you just have to be careful to keep it out of view in the day because they say they charge you for it but we never got charged. The only downfall to the hotel is if you have difficulty walking long distances the town centre and the beach is quite a walk away and the shuttle from the hotel only runs a couple of times a day. Most people at the hotel are English there are a few people from poland i think and a couple of turkish but everyone was really friendly by the end of the holiday we had made so many friends young and old! I would definately recommend this hotel!

Not a four star, prob a 2. Rooms very small. reception staff not very friendly, but bar and restaurant staff very friendly especially murat. free bus only comes twice a day 9:30am and 9:30 pm. Make sure you put your towel out before breakfast because everyone did it and then went out for the day which was so annoying! as there was no sun beds left. Anyway I would recomend the horse riding! brill time.
