This place is in a hopeless location. The hotel is very hard to find, in an area with absolutely nothing that could possibly interest a visitor to Bangkok. It's very far from Chong Nonsi Skytrain station. The area is dark, grimy, and depressing, with nobody on the streets, no shopping, not even food (apart from the pricey Japanese joint next door). This must be the only spot in all of Thailand with no food vendors and no 7-11. Also, it's tucked away behind a gas station where tuk-tuks drop by to fill up all night so front rooms are very noisy. It looks like it was built with the sugar daddy + lady friend business in mind. Access is by car, with plenty of parking, and the lady conveniently stepping from the car to a side door right by the elevator well away from public view. Now it caters for a mix of Thai tourists and minor government officials. The room was moldy with wall paper peeling off in several places, a/c didn't work too well, several light bulbs were missing, etc. Breakfast is not very good, and service is surly. Wifi is available but at an extortionate 200 baht per hour. And there are no internet cafes anywhere near the place. And watch your bill for fictitious charges for phone calls, etc. Don't stay there!!

Stayed at the Forum Park twice in March for 4 days and 5 days, on the first stay I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite which was great, large lounge 2 good sized bedrooms dining area and kitchen, all had balconies overlooking the pool. Everything was clean and well maintained and in working order. Had to call down three times during my stay once to explain where air con controls were located and twice because first I and then the kids locked the key in the room , on all three occasions a member of staff was on hand in about 3 minutes and happily solved the problem.
On the second stay got the rooms I had booked and although they were obviously not as roomy as the suite they were plenty large enough clean and well maintained. As is common in Thailand there was some slight black staining on the tile grouting in the bathroom but certainly not enough to warrant a complaint.
All staff I came into contact with, (reception, concierge, security, housekeeping, lounge staff and breakfast staff) were helpfull and friendly.
The pool was mostly deserted and there was always a mixture of sun and shade there, it is large enough to swim in (unlike many hotel pools) and has a smaller shallow pool for small children.
Breakfast offered had a fair variety of cooked and cold items breads and fruits and certainly enough to satisfy all tastes. Lounge menu and food was good and not too expensive as hotels go.
15 minutes walk to the BTS and about 30 minutes to patpong, there is a taxi garage right next to the hotel which never had less than 10 taxis in and several tuk tuks for those foolhardy enough to prefer them!
The only downside is that taxi drivers struggled to find the place as it is tucked just into a small soi, this was easily solved by use of the free direction cards available at reception and/or having the phone number of the hotel so that the reception staff can "talk in" the taxi driver.
I would suggest if going there from the airport you download and print a location map for the taxi before you go and have the Hotels phone number readily to hand just in case.
