What Travellers Like

Big hotel, very clean, friendly staff and a free shuttle that takes you from the hotel to down town and to the airport. After traveling for 2 weeks it was nice to stay in a hotel with a big bath tub big beds and a great view of the city and harbor. The room was very clean and the AC was always on. The hotel is a great deal if you if know about using the shuttle. I got the hotel for $68 a night over the phone w/ holiday inn.. Read review

BUT, at the end of a long vacation it was very nice to stay in a huge room with a king size bed, an ice machine, free toiletries and an American shower. The front desk staff was very helpful and businesslike. By the way, before our trip I emailed the hotel from America to ask about their shuttle.. Read review

The free shuttle to downtown Naples was very efficient and the staff was helpful. There's nothing wrong with this hotel, except maybe the floor being hard as rock in the room.. Read review
