We booked to stay at this hotel for its close proximity to the airport, we have stayed in a lot of Holiday Inns in a few countries, and this has to be the worst!!! We found it 'dated', shabby, and non to clean. However the shuttle bus drivers were excellent.

Stayed last night of our Italy vacation...as we took a flight out of naples the next morning. Checked in around 7pm, most unsettling was that all four rooms had below average A/C air flow, especially difficult for my elderly parents. After 4 hours of A/C the rooms were still quite warm. They offered to switch us at 10pm but at that time we were exhausted , way too hot and aggravated. We had booked the hotel in part for our adol. kids and the appeal of an indoor pool, come to find out the pool was non functional.. Bathrooms needed work, toilet difficult to flush in my parents room
