Some rooms here have a great view. The staff are absolutely the worst (rude and arrogant) we have encountered in all our vists to italy - Make sure you double check any bookings before you arrive. If you plan to visit Pompeii, Capri or the Amalfi Coast I suggest you travel directly to these locations, there is not enough in Naples to occupy you for more than 1 day. Safety is an issue in Naples, and the Taxis are a complete rip off. There is a huge difference between the rooms offered at this hotel, ensure you clarify all details such as air conditioning, bathroom etc.

This hotel had a very comfortable atmosphere. It was very clean, inside and out. The staff could have been a bit friendlier but that would be my only complain. otherwise things went smoothly.
